Quicksilver starts out as the canon story of Jack’s life away from Ennis after their summer on Brokeback (there were a lot of months and years we never saw that I got to wondering about), but eventually goes AU. This interlude comes from something briefly mentioned in Quicksilver's epilogue. . Characters, and more, as always, belong to Annie Proulx, Larry McMurtry, Diana Ossana.
